Disa Auto Services: a workshop website that earns trust before the first call

Disa Auto Services website shown on desktop and mobile

Disa Auto Services is a MIWA-accredited workshop at Gants Centre in Strand. They specialise in Mercedes-Benz and Honda, and they welcome all makes. Choosing a mechanic is a trust decision. Most drivers have a story about a workshop that charged for work they never agreed to, so the website has to settle that worry before anyone dials the number.

The brief

Disa needed a website that makes a driver in the Helderberg feel comfortable choosing them, and makes the next step easy. That meant putting trust signals first, being clear about what the workshop does and offering a simple way to book a service.

What we built

The homepage opens with a confident promise: your trusted auto service partner for the long road ahead. Right underneath it sits the MIWA accreditation badge, because the Motor Industry Workshop Association is exactly the kind of proof a nervous customer looks for.

A scrolling strip of key facts follows: MIWA accredited member, Mercedes-Benz and Honda specialists, all makes welcome and the Gants Centre location in Strand. A driver gets the essentials in a glance, even if they never scroll further.

The services section is laid out as a numbered list: bumper-to-bumper servicing, oil and filter changes, pre-purchase inspections, general repairs and maintenance, diagnostics and fault finding, and brakes, suspension and safety checks. Each one has a short plain-language description, so a visitor can quickly find the job they need done.

Honesty as a selling point

The most important section on the page is the one about how Disa works. Written quotes, plain-language explanations and no work done without the customer's go-ahead. A photo of a technician using diagnostic equipment is captioned "Modern diagnostics, honest answers", with the line "We show you what we find before we fix it." For a workshop, that is a promise worth putting front and centre.

The same section points out practical details that matter to customers: a comfortable customer lounge and online booking. These small things make choosing a workshop feel easier.

Made for local search

Because most customers will find Disa by searching for a mechanic near them, the page names the area, the accreditation and the car brands the workshop specialises in. That gives search engines clear signals about who Disa serves and what they do best.
